I just wanted to supply one additional page about buying short-sales for you the buyer.  As of 5/15/2009 we are still experiencing a huge number of short-sale properties for sale.  I just wanted to take this opportunity to again let you know that the banks are simply overloaded with requests and the general timeframe for acceptance is very long. 

So, if you need a home to move into in the next month or two, don't buy a short sale.  Hopefully the banks will catch up and get these done in a more timely fashion  in the near future, but, don't expect it soon.
